2. Return of Goods
After notifying us of your intention to cancel, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. The goods must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund if the goods are not returned in this condition.

Just follow these quick and simple steps:

Print your label, attach it to your parcel, and take it to any DPD/Royal Mail/ DHL
You can expect two confirmation emails. One when the order is on its way to us, and another to confirm it has reached us safely.
If you’re returning an iPhone, please make sure to deactivate ‘find my phone’. If you don’t, we may not be able to accept your return, Remove your iCloud account
Upon receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition, we will process a refund within 14 days. This refund will include the cost of the goods plus the standard delivery charge you paid when purchasing the item. If you choose a premium delivery service, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery.
When will I get my refund?
Credit card refunds take up to 10 days and cheque refunds can take up to 28 days from when your item arrives back at our warehouse.

- The tablet must be returned to its original condition.

You can open the laptop box but you must not have used it. Your laptop must be returned with all the accessories that came with it preferably in its original packaging.

4. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If the goods are faulty or not as described, you have the right to reject them and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After this initial 14-day period, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible, you can then request a refund or a price reduction.
